Principal Advisor

WeiMin (Oliver) Xie is the founding owner of the firm. He is a practicing member of Certified Practicing Accountant of Australia. He holds the Australian Financial Service Licence and is an ASIC approved SMSF Auditor.

Prior to his boutique accounting firm, he worked in three Chartered Accounting firms in Sydney for over ten years. During this period, he worked at a specialist division in one of top ten accounting firm in Australia at a senior capacity. In addition to his specialist role, he also has extensive exposure in deal with high net worth individuals' tax affair as well as private owned family groups tax and financial reporting.

He is not only an accountant, auditor but also a business advisor and planner. He has successfully advised many local business as well as oversea business investors. He has already successfully completed number of business succession transitions.

As a specialist in Self Managed Superannuation Fund, he is well qualified to advise trustee how to manage their own super fund. He also is a external auditor for number of accounting firms in NSW and Victoria.

Our Firm

Strategic Tax Consulting was established back in 2003. The firm now operates in two locations. One is in Constitution Hill of New South Wales and another is in Box Hill of Victoria.

The main focus of the firm is small business groups and private owned investors. The clientele include business in Financial services, Tourism operators, Infrastructure suppliers, Fast food operators, Retailers, Property developer, Manufacturers, Pharmacy, Veterinary care etc. Turnover of these business is range from over $100 Millions to over $300,000.

In addition to financial reporting and taxation, we also provide business and taxation advises to many local business as well as oversea investors.

The firm also provides financial advises and audit services to number of accounting firms in NSW and Victoria in area Self Managed Superannuation Fund.

Apart from business services, the firm also provide dedicated taxation and financial needs of high net worth individuals and their related family group.
